In a lot of cases “Agile” gets conflated with “Brands of Agile”. There are people out there who are passionate about Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS (and on and on and on).
This sometimes manifests (well, a lot of the time) in picking a solution before you really understand the problem, constraints, and goals of the organization.
Before selecting to roll out an Agile Brand (or Capital “A” Agile). Take the time to discover where you see your company in the future. Not in a “We will be the most agile company in the world” sort-of way but more like a “we want to utilize agile practices to provide our customers with the most up to date features and experience” way.
